This course will familiarize the students with the skills to effectively maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair the base Nachi FD11 Controller cabinet and Nachi robot arm. To ensure sufficient hands-on experience and encourage instructor / trainee discussion, a maximum class size of six (6) trainees is recommended, which allows for a minimum of one (1) training robot being made available for each group of three (3) trainees. Performance objectives will be met utilizing a combination of 45% classroom lectures and 55% hands-on lab projects, dependent upon the skill level of the students as a group.
